We ran our annual Macmillan coffee morning this month, It’s a chance for all the Parkhill-ers to get together over a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy a sweet treat and also to donate to a great cause. This year we were treated to some excellent sweet treats including butterfly buns, lemon drizzle cake, coffee cake, carrot cake and much much more, and we also had some savoury items on offer for those people with less of a sweet tooth. We had a great turnout and raised an amazing £313 for this great cause. Thanks for everyone that attended the event, made cakes and donated to the charity- Parkhill-ers, you are amazing! We’re already looking forward to our next charity event which is our Christmas Jumper Day in aid of save the Children, in December.
