From the North:

Leave the A1 at junction 46 and follow the signs for Wetherby B1224. At the first roundabout, take the first exit (signposted Thorp Arch and Leeds A168). At the third roundabout, take the first exit, signposted Thorp Arch. Take the next right turn, and then follow the signs for Parkhill Business Centre. Parking is available at the front and rear of the building.

From the South:

Leave the A1 at junction 45, and follow the signs for Wetherby. At the second roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Thorp Arch. At the next roundabout, take the third exit signposted Thorp Arch. Take the next right turn, and then follow the signs for Parkhill Business Centre. Parking is available at the front and rear of the building.
